Federica Commisso works with banks, insolvency proceedings, companies and private individuals in the framework of bankruptcy, banking, and trading contracts and in corporate law matters, with special regard to the liability of statutory bodies vis-à-vis the company, its creditors and third parties. She acts as a lawyer and is appointed by the Court as an insolvency trustee, a judicial liquidator and a judicial commissioner in various insolvency proceedings.
