Edoardo Staunovo-Polacco

As a lawyer of the Milan bar, Edoardo Staunovo-Polacco has been developing his expertise mainly in bankruptcy, banking, corporate and commercial law.

Edoardo Staunovo-Polacco works with banks, insolvency proceedings, companies and private individuals mostly in the framework of bankruptcy proceedings, banking, financial intermediation, trading contracts and corporate law, with special regard to the liability of statutory bodies vis-à-vis the company, its creditors and third parties.

His professional experience includes even an academic activity, as university professor and training course teacher.

Besides, Edoardo Staunovo-Polacco is author of a monograph, co-author of commentaries and of a legal encyclopedia and participated in the update of a bankruptcy law manual.
He is author of essays and regularly writes for a number of prominent legal journals.

From 2001 to 2003 he has been cooperating with the bankruptcy law chair at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.

From 1999 to 2000 he has been cooperating with the bankruptcy law chair at Università degli Studi in Milan – Bicocca.
